- I will set you up on the proper workout duration and intensity as well as do weekly check-ins to make the appropriate changes to those workouts so you are seeing the results you desire.
- I will coach you on the proper form of all exercises so you do not injure yourself and maximize your time in the gym.
- I can teach you how to read food labels so you know what proteins, fats, and carbohydrates are and learn how they fuel your body for the best results.
