Personal training is about YOU, the client, attainable goal setting, and one on one individualized workouts specific to your health and fitness level. I want to help you get fit, get healthy, and make the appropriate adjustments to your workouts. I will be there for you to hold you accountable and to give you the extra motivation that we all need.

I will perform an assessment of your general health and fitness level. I will guide you through individualized workouts tailored to your needs, utilizing state of the art commercial grade equipment like a treadmill, recumbent bike, dumbbells (from 2.5 lbs.-50 lbs.), barbells (from 25 lbs.-115 lbs.), resistance bands, TRX suspension training, Matrix adjustable cable system, Matrix Smith machine and medicine balls. You will learn proper form for each exercise, proper breathing techniques, improve flexibility and core strength. You will build muscle, lose body fat and gain the nutritional knowledge to make this a permanent lifestyle change. All this in a private, super clean, smaller, less intimidating environment.
