I’ve been working out on and off with Brandi for a little over three years now and it became apparent that training with Brandi led to bigger/better results. I’ve been working out (semi consistent) for 10 years now and before training with Brandi I began plateauing. Brandi’s program/motivation/accountability helped push me beyond this plateau that I was stuck at for months and continue to hit new PR’s to this day. Looking forward to continuing these gains!
